CELEBRATING 70 Marvellous Years

SARAKids Mini OPEN Day & Bday Celebration

Sunday, 28th June 09 - this was one photo shoot we all look forward to. For one thing, it was just 3 minutes from home! and it involved children - I love taking pictures of families and children. This was Sara Kids' Mini Open Day plus a grand birthday celebration for Puteri Sara Azalea, Farah (owner)'s daughter. It turned out to be more than that - was like a carnival with a lot of stalls set up by online business owners mainly bringing with them baby clothes and accesories for mums and dads.

Jun & Danial

It's been a very hectic past few weeks for us here! Nevertheless, after some 72 hours of sleep (!!@#!), we'll going to post some of the images taken from weddings, engagements, birthdays, etc etc from April to early May. Start off with Jun's engagement photos. Jun's a bubbly and sweet girl - anyone who meets her will surely be affected by her infectious smile and loving character. She's not seen our work, but we met at her cousin's wedding and since then, she's been wanting us to cover her engagement. We're so humbled by that, and glad we were there to see her and Danial (very shy young man) get engaged in a simple, yet elegant ceremony.

In a family dominated by ladies, Danial's gonna be the centre of attention alright! Congrats you two - and we wish you every happiness as you plan for your wedding next year!

Baby Sophie's 1st!

We were caught by surprise yesterday morning when Nash gave a call asking if we could capture his baby daughter's birthday celebration in PJ. We asked "when?" and he said, "today!". We just got out of bed having slept only at 3am the night before working at the studio! How could we say no to him - being his baby girl's 1st birthday! So after reschedulling 2 appointments, we had all batteries charged up and quickly headed for A&W PJ (well, actually after banana leaf rice at Rajoo's in Jalan Gasing!).
We first met Nash and Fisya in 2007 (if I remember correctly!) when we did their wedding. It's a great, great feeling seeing our clients, now friends, moving from being single, to marrried, and then becoming parents. (It's also a sign that we're getting older...). It's even more fantastic (and an honour) to be remembered and asked to photograph their happy occasion. Thank you, Nash & Fisya. We had a great time, too.
